Torchlight: Infinite, the Mobile Adaptation of Torchlight, Launches Globally on May 9

Torchlight: Infinite, the mobile adaptation of the renowned action RPG series Torchlight, is set for a global launch on May 9th, following a successful open beta. Developed by Chinese company XD Games, rather than the original PC version's creator Runic Games, Torchlight: Infinite will be free-to-play on both PC and mobile platforms, with player progress syncing across devices.
Coinciding with the launch, a new season called "Cube of Rapacity" will introduce fresh content, including revamped loot and crafting systems. New hero Escapist Bing will join the lineup, boasting a powerful bomb-focused arsenal. The season also brings the eponymous "Cube of Rapacity" mechanic, which offers a chance to obtain rare Divinity Slates for completing patterns, but punishes excessive greed.
Additional updates include an overhauled crafting system, a guild feature, beginner-friendly hero build recommendations, and an increased damage limit. Players can also expect improvements to Pactspirit configurations, battle report sharing, Void Rift battles, and advanced search functionality in the Trade House. Finally, Torchlight: Infinite will transition from Steam Early Access to a globally launched version optimized for Steam Deck.
