Season 1 Of Lost Ark’s Competitive Proving Grounds Has Officially Begun

It’s time for Lost Ark PvP enthusiasts to show the community what they’ve got as the first season of the Competitive Proving Grounds officially begins. Players can now queue up for Team Deathmatches and fight it out to climb up the rankings and earn various rewards based on their rank at the end of the season.

Players will also be able to earn coins by participating in Proving Grounds matches. These coins can be used to purchase weekly and season-specific rewards from a new vendor that can be found in all the major cities. Weekly rewards include XP potions and honing materials while seasonal rewards include cosmetics, mounts, titles, and more.

Note that your Competitive Match Average Score and by extension, your rank, will decay if you don’t participate in a Competitive match for two weeks. Competitive matches will also use a combination of region-based and skill-based matchmaking to ensure balanced fights.
