Lost Ark Lays Out Its Final 2025 Roadmap

Amazon's action MMORPG Lost Ark is heading into a busy final quarter of 2025. The studio has published the last part of its annual roadmap, detailing everything scheduled to arrive before the year wraps up, including the long-awaited conclusion to the Kazeros storyline. Alongside new raids, a fresh endgame progression system and region mergers, the update cycle aims to set the stage for 2026’s next narrative arc.
The months ahead look packed for both veterans and returning players. A North American region merge should make it easier to find groups during peak hours, while the new Ark Grid system, which is already live in the Korean build, promises a deeper layer of character customization.
