Key Features of the Frosty Fate Update

  • Kazeros Raid Act 2: Requiem of the Floating Nightmare
This 8-player raid continues the story of the North Kurzan war, pitting the Allied Forces against Brelshaza in a chilling, icy battlefield. The raid features two gates and requires an Item Level of 1670 for Normal Difficulty or 1690 for Hard. Rewards include Shadow of Karma, Destiny Stones, and new Tier 4 bracelets.
  • Karma Progression System
Players with Ark Passive engaged can access the Karma system to gain combat stats and Ark Passive-related effects. By increasing Karma Levels and Ranks, players unlock additional power-ups through Evolution, Enlightenment, and Leap Karma Skill Trees, enhancing their character's capabilities.
  • Tier 4 Bracelets
Newly added Tier 4 Relic and Ancient bracelets provide Leap Ark Passive Points and updated bonus effects. Bonuses function similarly to Tier 3, offering fixed and rerollable granted effects, allowing further customization.
  • Frontier System
This system dynamically adjusts raid difficulty over time, decreasing raid boss damage and HP as content ages. Players tackling new raids experience the original difficulty, while later entrants enjoy an easier version. This approach caters to both hardcore and casual players, making content more accessible.

Festa of Arkesia: Third Anniversary Celebration

The third-anniversary festivities kick off early on Anniversary Island, featuring special quests, an event shop, and the return of the Balthorr event raid with updated mechanics. A special anniversary gift will be distributed closer to the official anniversary date in early February.

Despite a rough launch, Lost Ark's playerbase over the last 6 months has stabilized and even began increasing. The game currently averages ~27,300 players online at any given time, making it one of the most played MMORPGS on Steam.
