Lost Ark Continues To Work On EU Queues And Matchmaking Problems

Amazon Game Studios continues to struggle with overpopulation in Lost Ark’s Central European region even with the addition of a new EU West data center last week. The game’s feedback thread continues to be flooded with reports of overly-long queues as well as login and matchmaking problems. There’s also a megathread on Reddit where players continue to voice their frustrations.

The team assures the community that they’re aware of the problems and are currently looking into them although no timeline has been given for the fix.

Meanwhile, Amazon is giving away Launch Celebration gift packs containing health potions, consumables, mounts, and instrument skins as well as additional Founder’s Pack items that can be claimed by players who start on another server. Players on the Galatur server also received various in-game goodies as compensation for a story quest bug.
