Guild Wars 2 Unveils Necromancer Elite Specialization – The Harbringer

ArenaNet is giving Guild Wars 2 fans a small taste of what’s to come in this Friday’s End of Dragons elite specialization reveal stream.

Last month, we got our first look at the Mesmer’s elite specialization – the Virtuoso, one of the elite specs that players will be able to take for a spin in next week’s beta test. The other two are rumored to be the Necromancer and Guardian elite specs, with the former being the star of the latest reveal trailer. Give it up for the Harbringer!

“Some Necromancers have always been separated from corruption by a thin edge, absorbing life energy to fuel their magic. But a Harbinger’s methods are even more volatile. These skilled alchemists have developed elixirs to inflict blight on themselves, converting their own pain into power. In Harbinger Shroud, they gain devastating abilities while suffering from blight. A Harbinger makes no clean kills, wielding a pistol to devastate their enemies with noxious, corrosive bullets.”
