Genshin Impact Version 2.4 'Fleeting Colors in Flight' Launches Jan 5, Adds New Area, Characters, & More
Genshin Impact's Version 2.4 'Fleeting Colors in Flight' is launching on January 5th, 2022 and its the first major update to the game of the year. It'll be introducing quite a bit of new content, namely:
- Brand new map area, Enkanomiya
- Two new characters Shenhe and Yunjin
- Grand celebrations of Lantern Rite coming back with the Jade Chamber
- Rich rewards including 10 Intertwined Fates & a chance to get one of the eight free four-star Liyue characters
- Ningguang’s new outfit Orchid's Evening Gown & Keqing’s new outfit Opulent Splendor
- Xiao, Ganyu, and Zhongli up for rerun
- Special "Enchanting Journey of Snow" web event with rewards and ceremony in the Alps!

Genshin Impact continues to do extremely well world-wide. It regularly sits in the top 10 highest grossing games in App Stores across the world. It's one of the only Gacha mobile games that have been a smash hit in the West. If you haven't played it yet, it's well worth checking out. There's no auto-play and the core gameplay is excellent and the production value is top notch.
