Zenith’s Ascension Update Arrives With A New Raid Boss And Revamped Tutorial

Virtual reality MMORPG Zenith just rolled out its Ascension update earlier this week that includes a new raid boss in the form of the Ascended Sae Jiko. The update also introduced new Essotech armor sets and laid the groundwork for the promised Godstone revamp with tweaks and fixes for existing Godstones.

Another highlight of the patch is a new and improved starting experience for new players which is now shorter but still touches on important gameplay mechanics such as basic combat, the grappling hook, and gliding.

Meanwhile, developer Ramen VR is hard at work on overhauling the talent system and preparing for Zenith’s launch on the Quest 3 on October 10th. Unfortunately, there’s still no word on the non-VR client that was promised during the game’s Kickstarter campaign.
