Warhammer 40K: Darktide Opens Sign-ups For Next Month’s Closed Beta Weekend

Warhammer 40K: Darktide will be available to try for a limited time next month as Fatshark announces the schedule for a short weekend closed beta test in October.

The weekend beta test will run from October 14-16, taking players on a scenic trip through the deadly underbelly of Tertium Hive City where they’ll go up against hordes of grotesque enemies in service of the Inquisition, assuming, of course, that you’re one of the lucky few that manages to score an invite.

Note that only players who’ve completed the required survey on the Darktide official site will have the chance to be invited to the closed beta test. While the game is now available for pre-order on Steam, the Microsoft Store, and on Xbox Series X|S, it doesn’t look like you’ll be getting guaranteed access to the beta that way.

Fatshark is promising a weekend of carnage for those who manage to get in so you might want to throw your name into the hat if you want to join in on the fun. You’ll find the sign-up page here.
