VR MMO Zenith Secures $10M Investment In Series A Funding Round
RamenVR has just secured a $10 million investment during a recent Series A funding round that will go towards the development of their upcoming virtual reality MMORPG Zenith. So far, the team has been doing quite well development-wise and the boatload of cash that they just received should make progress a little smoother for the small indie team.
“What does this actually change about the development of the game? Not much,” said RamenVR told The Information. “Zenith remains our core focus and Lauren and I remain in full control of the studio. We’ll work hard to maintain the same culture, community, and dedication that has gotten Zenith to this point.”
The studio recently hired a community manager to manage the game’s official Discord and other press-related responsibilities and are now looking for a graphics programmer and an animator to add to the team.
Zenith is currently in early bird alpha testing and is scheduled for release sometime this year.
