Overwatch's Sombra And The Arcade Go Live, Competitive Season 3 Begins November 30th

At long last, Overwatch's latest character, Sombra, has gone live. No longer is she confined to the PTR. She can now be played on the live servers in real competitive matches. For those of you that need a recap of what abilities she has, you can find more information in her profile on the official website, but I imagine that she needs no introduction at this point.
Also included in the update is The Arcade. The Arcade lets players "choose from a variety of regularly rotating game modes, maps, and rulesets that don't quite fit into Quick Play or Competitive Play." Examples given include 1v1 or 3v3 matches and matches don't allow hero switching.
The Arcade also includes "a compact new Arena map" called Ecopoint: Antarctica. The map "features multiple new game modes, including a 3-vs-3 battle and 1-on-1 duel" and is the first Arcade-exclusive map to make it into the game.
It was also announced that Competitive Season 2 will come to a close on November 23rd and Competitive Season 3 will pick up where it left off a week later, on November 30th. It is noted that players will be able to queue using the Competitive Play ruleset during "the week-long off season," but their rankings will not be affected during that time.
