Blizzard Entertainment is keeping things fresh in Hearthstone with a new set of cards to mark the start of a new year. The Delve into Deepholm mini-set is set to arrive on January 18 with 38 new cards in tow including new excavation cards, two new legendary minions, and new dual-class cards.

“Beyond sharing Excavate and no duplicate effects with classes that didn’t have them before, Delve into Deepholm brings back dual-class cards,” the studio says. “Along with one class-specific card per class, each class gets four dual-class cards (two shared with each of two other classes), giving them a broad spectrum of new cards to try out across archetypes!”

As with previous mini-set releases, Delve into Deepholm can be purchased as individual card packs or as a full set of 72 cards.

Hearthstone is also gearing up for the return of its annual Lunar New Year event that promises seasonal rewards for completing daily event quests. February will also see the beginning of a new Twist season that will allow players to only use common cards.

More information on the Delve into Deepholm mini-set and upcoming events can be found on the Hearthstone official site.
