Guild Wars 2 Living World Season 3: Episode 4 "The Head Of The Snake" Is Now Live

Following a short delay caused by a snowstorm at ArenaNet HQ, Guild Wars 2 Living World Season 3: Episode 4 "The Head of the Snake" is now live. The story of this episode is as follows.

Caudecus Beetlestone’s depraved White Mantle faction continues its efforts to bring Kryta to heel. Her Royal Majesty, Queen Jennah of Kryta, requests players’ presence in Divinity’s Reach — help her root out corruption in the Ministry before crisis strikes.

The update also introduces a new raid wing called "Bastion of the Penitent." There has been a "cataclysmic explosion" at Bloodstone Fen has uncovered a "mysterious portal." Players must join "Priory Scholar Glenna" as she enters the portal to investigate.
