Wintersday Returns To Guild Wars 2 On December 13, Players Organize Secret Santa Event
Winter is coming to Tyria next week with the return of Guild Wars 2’s annual Wintersday holiday event. The event will run for three weeks starting on December 13th and will feature the usual array of holiday-themed activities, including the Winter Wonderland jumping puzzle, the Secret Lair of Snowmen strike mission, and more, with exclusive seasonal rewards up for grabs.
“Complete Wintersday activities and open Wintersday Gifts to collect a large assortment of holiday treats and surprises,” said ArenaNet. “Many Wintersday activities and events will award progress toward seasonal achievements that unlock unique rewards. You can find more information on these achievements and their rewards in your Hero panel under the Daily and Festivals categories.”
The studio is also promoting a community-organized Secret Santa event where players can sign-up to give a gift to another player and receive a gift from a different player themselves. You can sign-up for the event here until December 16th.
