Guild Wars 2 Adds New Strike Mission And Tweaks Profession Skills Across The Board

This week’s Guild Wars 2 update introduces a new challenge mode for players to take on, new skins to collect, and class balance tweaks to complain about.
The highlight of the update being the new Old Lion’s Court Strike Mission with new rewards available for purchase should players succeed in taking down Scarlet’s devious watchknight. The original encounter has also been updated with several fixes for issues involving aether and phase transitions.
The update also introduces the new Primordus legendary variant skin collection for players to chase down while the existing exotic Primordus weapon set has now been renamed to the Destroyer weapon set and all associated collections and achievements have been updated to reflect the set’s new name.
The meat of the patch, however, is dedicated to a whole host of profession skill and weapon adjustments for all playable classes for both PvE and WvW combat. A detailed rundown of the changes can be found in the full patch notes on the Guild Wars 2 official site.
