Guild Wars 2 Boldly Unveils Chronomancer

Guild Wars 2 has announced the Mesmer's new elite specialization, the Chronomancer.  Time magic has always been a challenge in game design, and Guild Wars 2's take on the class is not just the ability to haste and slow... but the power to stop and even revert time!  Players will have to balance the dualities of the past and future with a new Alacrity mechanic which speeds up skill recharges... even having the ability to grant this unique effect to their allies.  Chronomancers will also be able to utilize a new off-hand weapon, the shield, which has been teased in previous art.

The Chronomancer is set to release with the new Guild Wars 2 expansion, Heart of Thorns.
