Greymoor Delayed For A Week As ZeniMax Adjusts To Working From Home

elder scrolls online greymoor night bannerZeniMax Online Studios has just announced that they will be pushing back the release of Greymoor as they try to adjust to a work-from-home setup because of the current pandemic. Don’t worry, the Skyrim-themed chapter will only be delayed for a few days. Here’s the official statement from Game Director Matt Firor:

“As you probably know, in response to the current pandemic, everyone at ZOS has been working from home since March 16. This is the first time we've ever tried remote work as a studio, and so far things are going well. It looks like we’ll be able to ship Update 26 (with the Greymoor Chapter) about a week after we initially planned it.”

Firor also says that the French voiceovers will be delayed since they were unable to record the French voice actors due to the work lockdowns implemented in France. French text and subtitles, however, will still be part of Update 26 which will go live alongside Greymoor.

“These are trying times for all of us, and we are doing everything we can to stay on track,” concludes Firror. “Please stay safe and healthy and enjoy getting away from your daily life for a bit by adventuring in ESO–and wash your damn hands.”
