Frozen Flame Is Running A Free Open Beta Weekend Starting Later Today

If you’ve already played through the Frozen Flame demo but want to experience more of what the crowdfunded multiplayer survival RPG has to offer, then you might want to jump in during this weekend’s open beta test.

The open beta will run from October 28-30 and will feature three months’ worth of new updates which includes improvements to the new-player experience, major changes to the tech tree, ability tweaks to allow for more diverse builds, new weapons, and quality-of-life improvements to questing. To join the beta test, all you have to do is request access through the Frozen Flame Steam page.

Frozen Flame was crowdfunded through Fig back in 2020 and was initially scheduled to launch into Early Access this fall but has since been pushed back to fall this year.
