Frozen Flame Adds First In-Game Dungeon, New Building Modules, Respawn Portals, And More
Since Frozen Flame started closed beta testing last fall, the upcoming fantasy MMORPG has been missing one key feature – loot-filled dungeons. This week’s update changes that with the addition of the game’s first ever dungeon, the Cradle of Keepers.
“World of Arkana already had majestic and dangerous dragons. Only one piece of puzzle was missing to make it an adventurers' heaven - dark dungeons. But adventurers can finally rejoyce, knowing that Arkana now has all: both dungeons and dragons!”
Like typical MMORPG dungeons, the treasures inside the Cradle of Keepers are guarded by various mobs and a powerful boss waiting at the end.
“Our first dungeon is located in Cradle of Keepers, not far from the central portal,” says developer Dreamside Interactive. “It's quite dark inside, and one can easily stumble upon a rock or a very angry skeleton warrior, so be sure to grab some torches along the way.”
The latest game update also introduces visual improvements to the Ability Tree, new straw building modules and two new roof types, the ability to create a respawn portal, new mail haircuts, a Powdered Herbs recipe for instant healing, and more.
