Final Fantasy XIV Trailer Reveals Patch 3.4 Soul Surrender Content

Square Enix debuted a trailer for Final Fantasy XIV's upcoming Patch 3.4, Soul Surrender, at Tokyo Game Show.

Set to moving melodies, the trailer shows off Alexander, The Creator (the final test in the Alexander raid), sky-high apartments, auariums for houses, two new hairdos, and more.

Two new dungeons are also joining Final Fantasy XIV in patch 3.4: Great Gubal Library (Hard) and Xelphatol (sounds like a drugs the FDA refused to approve). You can also catch a glimpse of the deep dungeon Palace of the Dead.

PvP duels are being added, so you can finally test your friends in one-on-one combat; make sure you break out your white gloves. Duels will not feature item-level sync, so enjoy the upper hand if you've got it.

Patch 3.4 is scheduled to launch on September 27, 2016.

If it wasn't for Legion I would absolutely be playing Final Fantasy XIV. I still have my black mage Aunt Jemima. Maybe soon.
