Final Fantasy XIV Releases Patch 3.1 and Full Notes

Final Fantasy XIV has released their latest content update Patch 3.1 and includes advancements to the Main Scenario. The latest patch notes show 8 new Main Storyline quests for level 60 players along with brand new Chronicles of a New Era quests.

Players will also be able to enjoy upgrades to player housing with all new furnishings, a new estate vendor NPC, new gardening items and an increase in the number of vendor NPCs allowed on player estates. Another major feature, Estate Sharing, has also been added which allows players to specify up to three tenants who can access the house and the features of the house.

The Manderville Gold Saucer has also been upgraded with Lord of Verminion for crazy minion antics.
