Well, now’s your chance because the popular fantasy MMORPG is now available for free for a limited time until May 17th. Simply login to the game and enjoy eight consecutive days of free access. Not everyone can take advantage of the offer though. First off, you should’ve already bought and registered a copy of the game. Service Accounts must be set to “Inactive” during the free-to-play event. Second, the account must have been inactive for at least 30 days.

“Offering up to eight days of playtime, this is the longest Free Login Campaign we have ever held. If you or any of your friends are currently taking a break, you won't want to miss out on this limited-time event!”

Square Enix accounts with multiple Service Accounts will not be eligible for the free trial if at least one of the accounts is active. Accounts that have been suspended or canceled due to violations will also be barred from participating in the free trial. The free period will also only apply to the first account selected upon login. Players will automatically be logged out of the game once the eight days are up.
