Final Fantasy XIV Heavensward 3.01

Final Fantasy XIV has released their first update to Heavensward, Patch 3.01, which addresses balance fixes as well as adds new content. New item level 190 items have been added to the game, the Prototype Gordian set as well as Gordian-related crafting recipes for Carpenters and Armorers. A new Chronicles of the Era quest has also been added for the main scenario with subsequent quests omitted from the patch notes in order to prevent spoilers.

Probably the biggest news of the patch however, is the addition of the pseudo-primal Alexander for players of an average item level of 170 and above.
