Get Friends To Return To Final Fantasy XIV To Earn Special Items And Mounts
If you have buddies who haven’t been playing Final Fantasy XIV for a while, now’s the best time to try and invite them back to the game. Not only will they get to enjoy the fantasy MMORPG’s latest content offerings, but they’ll also get free game time and a host of other items to help them get back into the groove as part of Square Enix’ Callback Campaign.
To invite friends to return, simply select an offline friend who’s been inactive for at least 90 days from the in-game friends list and click on “Invite Friend to Return”. You’ll get 5 Chocobo Feathers for each invited friend that logs in from now until 1 a.m. PDT on September 30th, which you can then exchange for various item and mount rewards, including Aetheryte Tickets, Rare Dyes, a Managarm Horn, an Amber Draught Chocobo Whistle, and a Twintania Neurolink Key. You’ll only be able to send out a maximum of five invites so make them count.
Invited players who return to the game will get two weeks of free game time, a boatload of Aetheryte Tickets, and 10 Silver Chocobo Feathers which they can exchange for weapon and equipment sets from level 20 to level 80.
