Chimeraland Hits 10 Million Players And Gets A Visit From The Actual Greek Chimera
Chimeraland has passed 10 million players since its global launch last week and has kicked off a new event to mark the occasion. The Myths of Ancient Greece event brings appropriately-themed content to the creature mashup MMORPG, including the mythical Chimera from which the game takes its name.
From now until August 3rd, players will be able to earn event points by completing three daily tasks which include facing off against the fearsome Chimera, answering a quiz, and opening Activity Chests acquired from daily quests. Players will be able to earn up to 1,000 points per day and will be able to exchange those points for various rewards, including home décor in the style of the Ancient Greeks.
Players will need to meet specific Meridian and Power requirements to participate in the Chimera fight and face off against the legendary hybrid beast from Greek mythology. The Chimera has three heads – a lion, a goat, and a snake – and specializes in AoE attacks which players will have to avoid to claim victory.
