Several Chimeraland Servers In NA, Europe, And Asia Are Being Merged Tomorrow
Chimeraland servers are due for a merge tomorrow ensure that each server’s population is at a healthy level and because players are apparently getting lonely as the playerbase begins to shrink three months after the monster-smooshing MMORPG officially launched.
“Recently, it’s come to our notice that many travelers in the Chimeraland community have expressed a desire for a server merge,” Level Infinite said. “After a thorough analysis of the server’s ecosystem and brainstorming sessions on the viability of a combined server, the developer has decided to carry out a server merge on October 13 to allow travelers to enjoy a better gaming experience.”
Here’s the list of servers to be merged:
North America:
- Server 301 Phoenix Bay – Server 302 Storm Cliff
- Server 303 Twilight Valley – Server 304 Jade Coast
- Server 305 Cloud Sea – Server 306 Comet Bay
Europe:
- Server 501 Burnt Field – Server 502 Dark Plains
- Server 503 Moonbeam Bay – Server 504 Skyott Hill
*Several Asian servers will also be merged.
Unfortunately, if you’re on one of the servers listed above, there’s a chance that you might lose your character names and houses. According to Level Infinite, they’ll be using a priority system to determine who gets to keep what. For players with the same character name, selection will be based on recent logins, character levels, and creation date. For houses and housing lots, it will depend on recent logins, building level, and home status.
“After the server merge, there’ll be a series of subsequent events, and we hope that travelers brought together by the server merge will be able to enjoy each others’ companionship and have fun playing together!,” the developers announced.
The studio posted an FAQ on the official site with more information on the upcoming merges. Players are also advised to post any questions they have on any of the game’s official communication channels.
