Monster-Creating MMO Chimeraland Launches Worldwide On Steam And Mobile
Pixel Soft and Level Infinite’s monster-breeding open-world survival MMO Chimeraland has been available in Southeast Asia for a while now. But, the rest of the world can now join in on the monster-smooshing fun as it officially launches worldwide on Steam and mobile devices. The game is set in a massive pre-historic world inhabited by magical creatures from Chinese mythology that players will be able to capture, tame, and combine to create new species.
Combining monsters requires one monster to be fed to another with the hope of getting a useful body part from the ingested monster to create a Chimera. Hence, the title. The game world is divided into four different continents spread across a vast seamless spherical map with no loading screens or noticeable borders.
As for the players, they’ll get to pick from 16 playable races with distinct characteristics, including humans, felines, bear-people, and more. They must then gather resources, craft equipment, and build shelters before setting out to capture and tame the various creatures that roam Chimeraland.
