Book Of Travels To Release Details Of First Backer Beta Test On May 5
We’ve been following the fairy tale book-inspired MMORPG Book of Travels since Might and Delight announced it at the Tokyo Game Show in September last year. The indie studio then went on to launch an extremely successful Kickstarter campaign in November of the same year that managed to raise over $160K of funding.
Fast forward a few months and the Swedish developers are now gearing up for their first beta test which will be open to backers who pledged at least $93 during the game’s month-long stint on Kickstarter.
“The time has nearly come for Book of Travels to get its very first outing. We are locking content, fixing bugs, tidying up little messes and polishing the silver, and we'll be writing to testers next Wednesday (5th May) with details, so keep your eyes open for that email! It will contain a lot of information about playing and feeding back, as well as your Steam key!”
If you’d like to participate in the beta test, you can still upgrade your pledge until 5am PDT on May 6th. Hopefully, this one doesn’t turn out to be another flash in the pan like some other Kickstarted games.
