Book Of Travels Will Be Included In Steam’s Winter Sale Ahead Of Price Hike In January

Might and Delight has followed up its Book of Travels price hike reminder earlier this week with a few more details and an apology for any confusion that it might have caused.

According to the team, when they said that they were raising the price of the tiny MMO with the next big update, they meant that it would happen once they’ve released all of the updates that they’re currently working on. That’s expected to happen sometime in January.

“We do plan on raising the price in January: the exact timing hasn’t been set in stone yet but timing wise it fits with what comes next,” said Might and Delight.

The good news is that Book of Travels will be one of the games that will be included in Steam’s upcoming winter sale so you’ll be able to grab a copy at a discount before the price goes up. Those looking to buy the game are advised to hold off for approximately two weeks to take advantage of the offer. The studio also recommends that those who already bought the game due to FOMO induced by its earlier announcement request a refund through Steam and purchase the game again once its on sale.

Meanwhile, the team has rolled out a new patch with a whole host of bug fixes, dozens of new achievements, a new and improved NPC system, mob adjustments, and other quality-of-life improvements. You’ll find the full release notes on the Book of Travels Steam page.
