Ashfall Kicks Off Closed Beta Testing Today, Now Available For Pre-Loading On PC

NetEase and Legendary Star Studio’s post-apocalyptic MMO shooter, Ashfall, is set to start closed beta testing today after being delayed from last month. In preparation for the playtest, the team has shared the official testing schedule, instructions, and related links to help testers get their bearings before the test server opens its doors.

The closed beta test will begin at 6 a.m. PDT today and will run until August 18th. It will exclusively be available to testers located in North America and will initially be open to everyone, even those without game codes. Once a certain number of players is reached, players who want to join the test will be required to input an activation code.

The game is now available for pre-loading through the official site and Steam, although it’s important to note that the Steam version has been delayed as its still waiting approval on the platform. “We will notify you as soon as the Steam version is available. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding,” wrote the team on Discord.
