The Manila Major has finished after fierce competition after Open Qualifiers, Main Qualifiers, the Group Stage, and the Main Event.
This is how the Main Event went down:
The finals was between Team Liquid and OG. While Team Liquid was the favorites to win the event, they lost in the first round to MVP Phoenix. Thankfully, they were able to sweep almost every other team in the lower bracket to meet OG in the Grand Finals. In the Grand Finals, OG was able to take the win and the championship 3-1 making them the first full roster to win two Valve Majors. They also took home $1,000,000 USD in prize money. While this is the second silver medal Liquid has taken home, they played almost twice as much as OG and will definitely be back to win the next major.

GosuGamers organize a weekly tournament for both North America and Europe called the GosuGamers Overwatch Weekly NA/EU. The prize pool is a modest $500 plus a crowdfunded amount (about $700) to spread among the top two teams. The format is a single elimination bracket of best of threes with a best of five final. With 32 different teams, these weekly tournaments give GosuGamers the data to put together their Overwatch ranking list.
In the EU tournament, Team EnVyUs did not take first place again as they lost to REUNITED 1-3 in the Finals.
In the NA tournament, Team EnVyUs took the tournament again winning 3-0 against Luminosity.

Operation Breakout is a Overwatch tournament that is taking place from June 11-26. With $15,000 on the line, the top teams of the world (Cloud9 and Team EnVyUs) will be going head to head.
