World Of Warcraft: Wrath Of The Lich King Classic Will Include Fresh Start Realms

World of Warcraft players looking forward to playing on the Wrath of the Lich King Classic servers that will be opening up later this year, will be happy to know that Fresh Start servers will be available at launch. This will give new players and those who want to start from scratch a chance to start off on equal footing with everybody else and not have other players charging off to Northrend on the get go.
“In addition to fulfilling a request we’ve heard from players for a long time, we expect there to be a lot of new Classic players joining us for the first time in Wrath of the Lich King, and some of them may be concerned that they’ll feel behind. Fresh Start realms should give those players a chance to feel as though they’re on an even playing field with everyone else.”
Everyone will start off at level 1 with character boosts and transfers disabled for the first 90 days. And like in the original WotLK expansion, players will only be able to roll a Death Knight once they have a level 55 character in the same realm.
All World of Warcraft Classic and The Burning Crusade Classic dungeons and zones will be available in the new Fresh Start servers. All other realms will have Northrend locked until WotLK Classic’s official launch. Exact launch dates are still unavailable but Beta testing is expected to start this summer.
