World Of Warcraft Patch 8.3 ‘Visions Of N’Zoth’ Details Revealed, Dire Maul Launching Earlier Than Expected On World Of Warcraft Classic

world of warcraft nyolotha patch 8 3 bannerBlizzard Entertainment has just revealed the details of World of Warcraft Patch 8.3, dubbed Visions of N’Zoth. Patch 8.3 will be the next and final major Battle for Azeroth content drop following last month’s Patch 8.2.5 and will center around the Old God N’Zoth “The Corruptor.”

According to Wowhead, the update will feature two new allied races: Mechagnomes for the Alliance and Vulpera for the Horde, along with new Assaults in Uldum and Vale of Eternal Blossoms, Worgen and Goblin Heritage Armor, a revamped auction house, and a new 12-man raid with N’Zoth waiting at the end.

The update will also introduce the new Horrific Visions challenges. “Horrific Visions are new challenges inspired by the Mage Tower in Legion, designed for 1-5 players, to clear alternate visions of Orgrimmar and Stormwind,” says Blizzard. “Wrathion will help you, and you'll power up a legendary cloak to improve your defenses against the Old Gods. This cloak will also come in handy when you fight N'Zoth.”

Game Director Ion Hazzikostas talks about the update in the video below. Hazzikostas also reveals early in the video that the Dire Maul dungeon will no longer be part of Phase 2 of World of Warcraft Classic but will instead be launching separately on October 15th.
