World Of Warcraft Unveils Development Roadmap For Its Next Two Updates

Now that World of Warcraft: Fractures in Time is now live, Blizzard is now looking ahead to the next two Dragonflight updates coming this fall. In the next minor update, dubbed Fury Incarnate, players can look forward to new story content and a whole host of exciting new features.
Fury Incarnate will introduce new public events throughout the Dragon Isles called Dreamsurges along with a Heroic version of the Dawn of the Infinite mega-dungeon, which will be split into two separate mega-dungeons to give players a breather in between runs.
“The Infinite Dragonflight, long-standing enemies of the Bronze dragonflight, have worked hard to see their ultimate goal of triggering the transformation of Nozdormu, the Aspect of Time, into Murozond,” Blizzard said. “This mega-dungeon will split into two Heroic difficulty dungeons that will take players across the timeways to stop the Infinite Dragonflight from succeeding. Work to sustain Azeroth’s timeline and put things to rights once more.”
Of significant note is the addition of new Heritage Armor quests for Night Elves and Forsaken, and holiday refreshes for the annual Brewfest and Hallow’s End events, which offers a clue as to when Blizzard plans to roll out the update.
Fury Incarnate will be followed by Patch 10.2 and the start of Season 3 in late fall. Patch 10.2 will open up a new zone with new story quests, a new raid, a new open-world challenges. The update also promises a new Renown track and a new Mythic+ dungeon pool.
Fury Incarnate is expected to hit the PTR today. More information can be found on the World of Warcraft official site.
