World Of Warcraft Previews The Evoker Augmentation Coming In Fractures In Time

Blizzard Entertainment has dropped a new preview blog for World of Warcraft’s upcoming Fractures in Time update. The preview blog showcases the new Evoker Augmentation, which the team describes as “never seen before” since its basically a damage dealer with the ability to buff allies.
The description is a bit of a stretch though as there were already a number of other support specializations that can also deal a significant amount of damage before Blizzard decided to revamp their talent trees. These include the Elemental Shaman, Enhancement Shaman, Retribution Paladin, Shadow Priest, and Survival Hunter. Nevertheless, the Evoker Augmentation is a very welcome addition to the game’s class lineup.
According to the preview blog, the Evoker Augmentation’s primary skill rotation is a group buff that remains in effect longer as the Evoker uses its main damage skills. The blog also offers a preview of the new spec’s talent tree which includes what looks to be a Dragon-inspired equivalent of the Druid’s Thorns and dragon auras.
You can check out the full preview blog on the World of Warcraft official site to learn more about the Evoker Augmentation ahead of its release on July 11th.
