Grab Freebies And Fight Classic Bosses In World Of Warcraft’s 19th Anniversary Event

World of Warcraft is celebrating its 19th anniversary this week and Blizzard Entertainment is giving away a bunch of in-game goodies to mark the occasion.

From now until December 7th, players will be able to claim an a free Lil’ Frostwing Pet and an Anniversary Gift Package containing Timewarped Badges, a special Chromie quest, a reputation gain booster, and fireworks. The badges can be used to purchase additional rewards from Historian Ma’di, including exclusive cosmetics, consumables, toys, battle pets, and mounts.

In addition to the anniversary goodies, players can also rewatch past cinematics from Classic World of Warcraft all the way up to Dragonflight via the chronodisplay and take on Doomwalker and several other classic bosses to earn loot, additional Timewarped Badges, and the new Azure Worldchiller mount.

“It’s been 19 years since the gates opened into Azeroth, and the heroes of the Horde and Alliance began their journey of discovery and adventure,” Blizzard said. “To celebrate this momentous occasion, some familiar foes have returned to Azeroth—with some slightly updated abilities. Players level 30 and above can take on Lord Kazzak, Azuregos, and one of the four Dragons of Nightmare each day.”
