Vindictus Challenges Players To Complete The Grave Of Swords Raid For Its 13th Birthday

Vindictus is celebrating its 13th birthday by pitting you against a scantily-clad, player-skewering boss in a new limited-time raid instead of giving away in-game goodies. It may not be the typical MMORPG anniversary celebration that you’re used to, but that doesn’t make it any less fun.

Dubbed the “Grave of Swords”, the ominously named raid can be found within the Dimensional Rift and is open to groups of up to four players who’ve reached at least level 115.

“Hailing from the Meteorite Tribe, Jarnir is a formidable warrior ready to vindicate her enemies,” Nexon revealed. “Armed with a colossal greatsword that packs a devastating hit, and razor-sharp spears to skewer fearful enemies, Jarnir also harnesses the magnetic force of her tribe’s treasure. This unique ability allows her to amalgamate nearby swords into one greatsword, dealing devastating blows.”

Those who manage to best the spear-wielding boss and complete the raid will be rewarded with three Fortune Cards that can be exchanged for various rewards. Additionally, players will also have the option to collect 17 Queen of Grace cards to instantly craft the “Fortune Teller” mythical title and the “Magician of Mastery” card that grants multiple buffs.

Meanwhile, Nexon is also offering discounts on cash shop items, including the Crystal Bundle, as part of its Black Friday promotion.
