V Rising continues to rise up Steam’s Most Played Games list, moving up two places to sit comfortably at the fifth spot on the list. The newly-launched vampire survival MMO logged a peak 24-hour concurrency of just over 124,400 players with over 80,200 blood-suckers traipsing around Vardoran as of this writing. The game has also sold over 1 million copies just a week after its launch.

Meanwhile, the developer Stunlock Studios has rolled out a hotfix that squashed several exploits and bugs and introduced new of quality-of-life improvements. Of particular note is the addition of an offline mode that allows players to run the game through LAN mode without the need to be connected to Steam or the internet.

The full patch notes can be found on the V Rising Steam page.
