Tower Of Fantasy Drops Details On Next Week’s New Floating Island Zone

There’s no rest for the wicked over at Level Infinite as the studio prepares to mark Tower of Fantasy’s first month anniversary with its first major content drop. September 15th will see the arrival of Version 1.5 and the opening of Artificial Island, a new zone that players of the newly-released anime-styled MMORPG will be able to unlock once they hit level 50.
The Artificial Island is made up of numerous floating islands that offers new places for players to explore along with new Developer Logs to obtain, new elite bosses to defeat, and your very own space to chill and relax.
Once unlocked, players will be able to make their way to Artificial Island using a flying vehicle. There they’ll be able to explore the zones numerous floating islands, obtain new Developer Logs, and take on new elite bosses. They’ll also be able to design, construct, and decorate their own hideaways where they can chill and relax together with their servants and pets.
Aside from a new map, players will also be able to unlock a new character named Claudia, a new sword-wielding Hykros Executor with a militaristic attitude. “Her mastery over one-handed swords and mobility saw her on the front lines of difficult operations, but she was sent to a medical facility after being severely injured in Operation Dark Apocalypse,” Level Infinite revealed. “She is reliable, tenacious, and the first to charge ahead in battle. While she is seemingly cold at first, she is like a kindhearted older sister once you get to know her. Having a strong sense of righteousness, she fights for justice and for others.”
In other Tower of Fantasy news, Level Infinite has banned an additional 3371 accounts for cheating since its first mega ban wave two weeks ago, most of which were from Europe and Southeast Asia. Players that were caught displaying “maliciously cheating/hacking behaviors” have been slapped with 10-year account suspensions which could just as well be a permanent ban as far as the suspended players are concerned.
