Nearly 12,000 Cheaters In Tower Of Fantasy Have Been Permanently Banned

As promised, Perfect World has brought down their wrath on the first batch of cheaters caught since Tower of Fantasy launched earlier this month. According to the latest data from the Hykros Central Control room, the studio’s fancy name for their anti-cheat team, nearly 12,000 accounts have been permanently banned and counting.

The bans were meted out to accounts caught using cheat software and scripts which is a clear violation of the terms of use. The list is likely to grow longer as the team rolls out the bans in batches. The full list of banned accounts can be found on the anime gacha MMORPG’s global website.

Meanwhile, Perfect World continues to work on alleviating queue times which should now have slightly improved with all the cheaters they’ve removed from the game. Tower of Fantasy, however, is a free-to-play game and we’ll more than likely see them back in no time at all.
