Throne And Liberty Final Korean Playtest Begins Next Week, Global Publisher To Be Revealed Soon

Throne and Liberty is inching closer towards its official South Korean launch as NCSoft prepares for its final playtest in the region. The playtest will run from February 21-22 which will then be followed by a pre-launch marketing campaign to drum up hype for the MMORPG’s upcoming release in the region.

NCSoft has yet to announce a solid release date but it should be sometime in the first half of this year, as the studio previously revealed. Non-Korean fans can also expect the game’s global publisher to be revealed soon along with more information about global playtests and the studio’s plans for Throne and Liberty’s highly-awaited global release.

There’s talk that the job might go to Amazon but NCSoft has yet to confirm or deny the rumors. We’ll keep you informed of any new developments.
