The Headless Horseman Returns To World Of Warcraft In The Annual Hallow’s End Event
The Headless Horseman once again rides forth to terrorize the citizens of Azeroth as part of the annual World of Warcraft Hallow’s End event. The Halloween-themed event is now live and will run until November 1st. During the event, players will be treated to a host of spooky seasonal content including the return of one of the most iconic elite bosses in the game. Level 20 – 120 players will be able to queue up to face the Headless Horsemen through the Dungeon Finder.
“All together now! —the Headless Horseman is back to set fire to Razor Hill and Goldshire once more. You’ll need to lend a hand on the bucket brigade to put them out and face the infamous rider.
It would be a lovely time of year to take a stroll through the Scarlet Monastery’s Graveyard if the Headless Horseman hadn’t decided to make it his new lair. If you're lucky and succeed in routing this menace from within, you may ride off with his steed.”
Players can also go trick-or-treating throughout the various inns in Azeroth, Northrend, Outland, Draenor, Dalaran, and Pandaria to collect Tricky Treats. These can then be exchanged for exclusive Hallow’s End rewards including the new Headless Horseman’s Hearthstone. There’s also a whole list of Achievements that players can complete during the event including the Hallowed Be Thy Name meta-achievement which comes with “The Hallowed” title.
“Prepare yourselves, the bells have tolled! Shelter your weak, your young and your old! Each of you shall pay the final sum. Cry for mercy, the reckoning has come!”
