The Day Before Gets Ad Space In Times Square Ahead Of Its Early Access Launch

If you’ve been following The Day Before’s development progress, you’ve probably noticed that most of its trailers are set in a post-apocalyptic, overgrown version of New York City. With that in mind, developer FNTASTIC thought that it would be fitting to showcase the game’s final pre-launch trailer on one of the massive LED billboards in Times Square.

For those who haven’t been following our coverage of the game, The Day Before is an open-world multiplayer survival shooter set in a zombie/infected version of the US East Coast. It would have gotten lost in the sea of survival shooters in the market if it weren’t for a copyright complaint that saw it get pulled from Steam, fight a legal battle with the developer of a calendar app with the same name, and ultimately awarded the trademark for the title.

The Times Square ad heralds the survival shooter’s impending early access launch on December 7th and is featured in the studio’s new trailer within a teaser. You’ll find that embedded down below.
