Tencent Developed Tarisland Closed Beta Begins June 27 for PC & Mobile

Tarisland, the upcoming F2P fantasy MMORPG, will begin its closed beta testing on June 27th for both PC and mobile devices. The PC closed beta will be available to everyone worldwide, but only those in Brazil, Canada, the Philippines, and the UK will be able to access the mobile version.

The game is developed by Tencent and as such should at least have decent production value. The game also promises no auto-pathing, so it shouldn't play like a traditional auto-play mobile MMO.

In development for several years, Tarisland is an expansive MMORPG featuring multiple biomes and civilizations, and a vast world to explore, coupled with a rich and compelling story. Players will find new quests and ways to explore every corner of Tarisland's diverse and compelling world through multiple game modes.

Tarisland will feature distinct classes, each of which is fully customizable, giving players the flexibility to tailor their character to their own preferences and individual play style. Progression is based on a seasonal system that will provide new PvE content and PvP challenges.

Tarisland bills itself as a cross-platform MMORPG and as such it means that the game is first and foremost designed for mobile. The PC version though does have a UI designed specifically for PC, so the hotkeys for example aren't on the bottom right, but rather in the center bottom as seen here:
