Technically, the anniversary celebrations kicked off with the launch of World of Warcraft Classic back in August but if you’re looking for a quicker trip down memory lane, these events won’t disappoint.

The “Memories of Azeroth” Raid Finder event will let players replay classic boss encounters from previous chapters namely: The Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, and Cataclysm. Players who successfully complete these encounters will be rewarded with an exclusive Deathwing-inspired mount called the Obsidian Worldbreaker.

“Return to Alterac Valley” will have players fighting it out in a classic version of the PvP battleground. Complete the “Alterac Valley of Olde” achievement to earn a new faction-based mount: the Frostwolf Snarler for the Horde and the Stormpike Battle Ram for the Alliance.

In addition, all players who log in from today until the end of the event will receive a special anniversary package which contains a ‘Lil Nefarian pet.
