Swords ‘N Magic And Stuff Adds Weapon Upgrades And Treasure Hunting Content

Development continues on the cute and cozy multiplayer RPG Swords ‘N Magic and Stuff since its early access launch in September 2020, despite the lack of funding and the fact that its now being worked on by just two people. It’s been slow going, but Kindred Games looks to be holding down the fort.
Over the past year, the game has seen the addition of a class system, its first Halloween and Christmas events, weapon upgrades, and a treasure hunting guild. The weapon upgrade system was just added last month and allows players to unlock random stats for Fine or greater quality weapons using a device called the Prismatic Stone.
The Treasure Hunting Guild, on the other hand, offers players a chance to earn extra gold and reputation by digging up buried treasure and artifacts all over the game world and turning them in at the new guild hall located in Sleepy Haven.
Players can also look forward to the new Azura storyline, the new Delver’s Pass zone, and the game’s first dungeon in the next few months. If you’ve been put off by the game’s rather steep box price, it’s also on sale at 40% off in line with Steam’s annual Spring Sale. You can now grab a copy for just $14.99 instead of $24.99 until March 22.
