Street Fighter V - Here Comes A New Challenger, Rashid

Street Fighter V has been making headlines already and is even opening itself up into Steam Early Access Betas. Today they've announced their latest challenger— Rashid, a middle-eastern fighter with the wind on his side.

Rashid seems to be a tricky fighter with feints, rolls, counters and overhead mix ups all built into his character. His abilities seem to tilt into a light mind-gamey character with a lot of yomi potential. In the video we can see that he has a wall of wind that he can throw down to keep enemies locked in a block while he goes for some tricky cross ups... much similar to Urien's Aegis Reflector from Street Fighter Third Strike.

The first beta phase is set to start this fall.
