Star Wars: The Old Republic To Shut Down Legacy Of The Sith PTS In Preparation For Launch

With the Star Wars: The Old Republic Legacy of the Sith expansion launch just around the corner, BioWare will soon be shutting down the public test server to focus on launch preparations. The PTS first opened in July 2021 with new content being rolled out for testing every few weeks or so. These included the new Combat Styles, Legendary Items, Loadouts, new character creation options, and more.

Players who dedicated time during the holidays to test the expansion’s content will receive various rewards depending on the tasks they accomplished. These rewards will be distributed once Legacy of the Sith officially launches on February 15th.
