Skyforge Nintendo Switch Launched Has Been Delayed To February 2021

Skyforge players and fans eagerly-awaiting the MMORPG’s launch on the Nintendo Switch will have to wait a few months longer as My.com and Allods Team announces their decision to delay the game’s launch on the portable platform. The game was initially scheduled to launch this Fall but has been pushed back to February 4th, 2021 to give the developers more time to polish the game.
“We know many of you were looking forward to playing it sooner, and we’re sorry that we couldn’t make it possible this year. Postponing the release was a very difficult decision for us to make,” said the team. “However, our number one goal is to make Skyforge shine on Nintendo Switch. We feel this is the best course of action to bring you a complete experience that’s on par with the calibre of Skyforge on other platforms, with no cuts and no compromises. We’re hard at work using the extra development time to optimize the game and make sure it’s running smoothly, whether you’re playing at home or on the go.”
The developers are also preparing special content for the Nintendo Switch launch next year which includes exclusive costumes and cosmetics. Players who finish the tutorial quests within the first few weeks of the game’s launch will receive the epic Cyber Warrior costume along with five additional divine cosmetics that they can use to dress up their characters.
