Remnant 2’s ‘The Awakened King’ DLC Launches On All Platforms On November 14
Gunfire Games will be rolling out The Awakened King DLC for Remnant 2 later this month, the first of three planned DLCs for the Remnant: From the Ashes sequel. The DLC will usher in a mysterious new era in the post-apocalyptic world of Losomn and will kick off a brand-new storyline that will take players on a journey to unearth the secrets of The One True King.
“The One True King, a figure steeped in lore, has been roused from his slumber and is on a bloodthirsty quest for vengeance. Corrupted by the sinister Root during his near-death repose, the mad king now views betrayal around every corner, launching a relentless campaign of retribution. The Awakened King DLC tells the tale of his vengeance.”
The new Ritualist archetype will also be making its debut as part of the new DLC, along with new characters, fearsome new creatures, powerful new weapons and items, new dungeons, and a challenging new boss fight against The One True King himself.
The Awakened King will be launching on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on November 14th with a $9.99 price tag. Gunfire Games promises more information in the lead up to the DLC’s release.
